The firm also announced that Chris Hertz, PE, PMP, has been promoted to head of its national rail and transit systems practice. With this promotion, Hertz will oversee STV’s national rail and transit systems practice which includes signal and communications, traction power, overhead contact systems (OCS) and rail operations.
