Man shot, killed on SEPTA train according to Philadelphia police

Philadelphia Police Chief Inspector Scott Small said “When police from SEPTA found the victim on Kensington and Allegheny, the victim was laying on the floor of the train, shot one time to his head and he was by himself. There were no other passengers on the train.”
Police report that a group of four or five other men, including the shooter, left the train between Erie and Tioga.
