At 1 of 32 active #BuildHSR construction sites, trucks come and go from State Route 43 to Idaho Avenue in Kings County.

At Avenue 88 in Tulare County, crews are finishing up forming the last substructure to the east of the existing BNSF tracks and State Route 43.
