STV celebrated another significant milestone in the California High-Speed Rail (HSR) program with the approval of its Environmental Impact Report/Environmental Impact Statement (EIR/EIS) for the Burbank-to-Los Angeles Project Section by the California High-Speed Rail Authority (CHSRA).
