After a year, it appears that the Maryland Purple Line project will finally have a new contractor lined up in early 2022.
Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) returned light rail to service from the Patapsco to Cromwell and BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport stations on Aug. 17, three days ahead of schedule.
