Rail Research Week 2025 Abstract Deadline Extension Announced

PUEBLO, Colo. - MxV Rail has announced its deadline for abstracts for Rail Research Week.
Rail Research Week 2025, hosted by MxV Rail, is organized by Information Connect. In 2025 at the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, the International Heavy Haul Association Conference (IHHA 2025) and the World Congress on Railway Research (WCRR 2025) will run concurrently for the first time. The 2025 theme is Inspiring innovative and resilient railways.
According to the announcement from MxV Rail, it invites “researchers, practitioners, and industry experts from around the globe to submit their abstracts and share their cutting-edge work with a diverse audience of professionals.” Those interested can submit topics on innovations in rail infrastructure and technology, rail safety and security enhancements, sustainable practices, passenger and freight rail advancements, and emerging trends and policy implications in rail transportation among others.
To present research that addresses current challenges, the details for abstract submission are below:
