Exodigo Acquires V&A, Inc.

PALO ALTO, Calif. - Exodigo, a subsurface intelligence and AI-engineering company, acquired V&A, Inc., a civil engineering consulting firm.
According to the release, the acquisition expands Exodigo’s engineering portfolio and increases its presence in Southern California. V&A has provided engineering services for transportation, aviation, water, engird, and infrastructure sectors for 18 years, says Exodigo. The firm has worked with Caltrans, LA Metro, and California High-Speed Rail Authority. With this acquisition, Exodigo says it will work to provide infrastructure owners Ai-powered subsurface intelligence and “proven civil engineering expertise.” Both companies have previously worked together on infrastructure projects in California already. V&A will operate as V&A, Inc., powered by Exodigo with the same leadership team in place. Its current contracts and projects will continue uninterrupted.
