ATLANTA –– Railway Track & Structure’s Virtual Conference on Track Geometry and Rail Flaw Detection will air on Thursday, July 9 from 2:00pm to 3:30pm EDT. One of our speakers will be Arthur Chandler, Vice President of Engineering at Pinsly Railroad Company.

Arthur Chandler has enjoyed a 21-year career in the rail industry, and we’re very pleased to welcome his participation in our virtual conference next month. During his time on the railroad, Arthur has held engineering leadership roles with CSX Transportation and Genesee & Wyoming.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware, and an MBA specializing in International Business from Florida Atlantic University.

Arthur will provide a brief overview of Pinsly’s current operation during our virtual conference. In addition, we’ll learn about maintaining and improving proper track geometry on a short line railroad, and development of rail flaw detection and geometry programs on a short line based on traffic and infrastructure conditions.
