Amtrak Advances Major Infrastructure Projects

WASHINGTON, D.C. –– Amtrak recently released an updated report on the major infrastructure projects the agency currently has underway.
For the past year, Amtrak has been providing regular updates on the status of its project work. It released another one this week, saying that it is “transforming into a modern and efficient intercity passenger rail operator achieving historic ridership demands while leading an innovative construction arm that leverages industry expertise to safely and efficiently deliver quality assets.”
