LAS VEGAS - Brightline West gives an update on the field investigation work taking place in Southern California and Nevada for the proposed rail corridor.

Brightline West has announced updates to field investigation work. The work takes place along I-15 within the proposed rail corridor in Nevada and Southern California. Back in January, work began to “advance final stages of design in preparation for a groundbreaking.”

While work will take place during daytime hours primarily, some work will occur at night in order to minimize traffic disruptions. Brightline West says all work will be done in compliance with applicable environmental regulations and in coordination with Caltrans and the Nevada Department of Transportation.
