Watch: Calif. high-speed rail Cedar Viaduct concrete pour

A dose of funding will help finish high-speed rail work in the Central Valley, but more money is needed.
Workers are pouring concrete in the arches of the Cedar Viaduct over S.R. 99 in California.
Each arch will be approximately 179 ft long and 40 ft tall.
