L.B. Foster’s Combs Joins NRC Board

L.B. Foster Vice President of Rail Sales Doug Combs has been named to the National Railroad Construction and Maintenance Association (NRC) Board of Directors.

Combs assumes a recently vacated seat on the 20-member board, which is comprised of a broad range of industry leaders representing railroad contractors and suppliers. His term extends through 2023.

Combs has worked in the railway industry for nearly 30 years. He currently directs rail sales for L.B. Foster and previously held positions with Harsco Corporation companies.

“The NRC is thrilled to welcome Doug to our Board of Directors,” said NRC President Ashley Wieland. “He brings valuable industry leadership and expertise that will serve our membership well. Doug joins a talented board that works together to make the railway construction industry safer and stronger.”
