North American Rail Solutions Acquires Queen City Railroad Construction

FORT WORTH, Texas - North American Rail Solutions, by way of its subsidiary American Track, acquired Queen City Railroad Construction.

Queen City Railroad Construction (QCRC) is based in Knoxville, Tennessee and provides both maintenance and construction services for its industrial and short line customers, according to the release. With this acquisition, it will be integrated into American Track’s construction group, thereby expanding its reach.

American Track COO Stacey Posey said, “We are excited to welcome Queen City to the American Track team. Their reputation and leadership make them a strong fit and expand our ability to serve customers across a broader footprint.”

North American Rail Solutions CEO Thomas Lucario said, “Bringing Queen City into the American Track platform represents an important step in our continued growth.
