Foster) announced July 5 that its CXT Incorporated (CXT) subsidiary has completed the sale of substantially all the operating assets of its prestressed concrete railroad tie business located in Spokane, Wash., to voestalpine Railway Systems Nortrak, LLC (Nortrak).
