Watch video: Rotary snowplow clears 140-year-old railroad track
Written by RT&S StaffTo help celebrate the 140th anniversary of when the Cumbres & Toltec railroad track opened in Colorado, a rotary snowplow was used for the first time in two decades.
The snowplow ripped through snow drifts on March 1 in an effort to reach the top of the 10,000-ft Cumbres Pass located on the Colorado/New Mexico border.
