Evertrak Partners With SCOA to Boost Railroad Tie Production

ST. LOUIS, Mo. - Evertrak has partnered with Sumitomo Corporation of Americas (SCOA). This partnership includes the SCOA investing in Evertrak and allows Evertrak to expand its production capabilities and scale operations.

Due to this partnership, Evertrak states it “will be address the North American railroad market’s increasing demand for sustainable rail infrastructure.” Further, the partnership focuses on increasing product development to increase sustainable solutions and improve costs, expanding production capabilities, advancing sustainable practices, and enhancing infrastructure safety. Evertrak’s proprietary product is the Evertrak 7000, made with Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer (GFRP) from recycled plastic.
