FORT WORTH, Texas – Through its subsidiary American Track, North American Rail Solutions acquired Vancouver, WA.-based West Rail Construction.

North American Rail Solutions via its subsidiary, American Track, has acquired West Rail Construction, according to Cision. North American Rail Solutions provides industrial rail inspection, construction, maintenance, and terminal services across North America. Located in Vancouver, WA., West Rail Construction is led by President Mike Sands. It has been a provider of rail maintenance and construction services for more than 25 years. 

According to the report, the acquisition provides North American Rail Solutions and American Track “the opportunity to expand local presence and service offerings to customers in the Northwest region as well as other areas along the west coast.”

North American Rail Solutions CEO Thomas Lucario said, “The Northwest United States is an important territory for American Track and West Rail Construction is the premier rail service provider and operator in that geography.
